The AI Form Generator feature in CF7 Apps lets you create fully functional Contact Form 7 forms with AI. Instead of manually creating form fields, simply describe the type of form you need in plain language, and AI will generate a ready-to-use Contact Form 7 form within seconds.

This feature helps you create professional forms faster while reducing manual work. Every generated form is fully editable, allowing you to customize it further before publishing.

Before using the AI Generated Form app, make sure CF7 Apps is installed and activated on your WordPress website.

The AI Form Generator is a global feature that can be enabled from the CF7 Apps Dashboard and used directly inside the Contact Form 7 editor.

Enable AI Form Generator

To enable the AI Form Generator:

• Navigate to Contact → CF7 Apps → Dashboard.
• Under the Integrations section, locate AI Form Generator.
• Enable the feature using the toggle or click the Settings (gear) icon.

• On the settings page, enable AI Form Generator.
• Click Save Changes.

Once enabled, the feature becomes available inside the Contact Form 7 form editor.

Generate a Form with AI

To generate a Contact Form 7 form using AI:

• Open an existing Contact Form 7 form or create a new one.
• Click Generate Form with AI from the top-right corner of the editor.

• The AI Form Generator window will open.
• Choose one of the following options:
  • Enter a custom prompt describing the form you want.
  • Select one of the available templates to generate a form instantly.
• Click Generate Form with AI.
• Wait a few seconds while AI generates your form.

Example Prompt

Create an event registration form with attendee name, email address, phone number, company name, dietary preferences, and a submit button.

Available Templates

You can quickly generate forms using the built-in templates, including:

• Job Application Form
• Appointment Booking Form
• Feedback & Rating Form
• Contact & Inquiry Form

These templates can be used as they are or customized after generation.

Available Actions After Generation

Once your form has been generated, you can:

• Insert the generated form directly into the Contact Form 7 editor.
• Copy the generated form code for later use.
• Reset the generator to create another form.

After inserting the generated form, you can continue editing it like any standard Contact Form 7 form.

Please be aware of the following usage limitations associated with this feature. Each prompt is limited to a maximum of 350 characters, and users can generate up to 10 forms in total. These limits are in place to ensure optimal performance and fair usage.
