Redesigned Dashboard & Settings Interface
The entire dashboard has been refreshed for clarity and consistency, including the settings page in each app. Previously, each CF7 App could feel slightly different to navigate, with layouts that varied from app to app. Now, every app’s settings page follows the same clean, organized structure.

Related options are grouped together, labels are easier to scan, and every app now follows the same familiar layout, whether you’re configuring Honeypot, hCaptcha, Database Entries, Redirection, or Webhook.
New Tag-Based App Filtering
Finding the app you’re looking for is now even easier with the new tag-based filtering system on the dashboard.
Apps can now be filtered using category tabs such as All, General, Spam Protection, and Integration, allowing you to quickly narrow down the list instead of scrolling through every available app.
Whether you’re configuring spam protection, setting up integrations, or simply exploring available features, tag-based filtering keeps the dashboard organized. It helps you find the right app in just a few clicks.
This helps when:
- Quickly locating a specific app without browsing the entire list.
- Grouping apps by their purpose or functionality.
- Switching between different categories while configuring multiple apps.
- Managing larger CF7 Apps installations or multiple client websites
Collapsible & Hover-to-Preview Navigation
The Collapsible Navigation Panel lets you control how much space the dashboard sidebar takes up. Collapse the sidebar down to icons when you want more room, and hover over it anytime for a quick, temporary preview of the full menu.
👉 You’ll find the collapse/expand icon right next to the CF7 Apps logo in the top-left corner of the dashboard.
Once you click it, the panel behaves based on how you’re interacting with it:
- Hover over the collapsed panel → it temporarily expands to reveal category names and navigation items, then collapses again once your cursor moves away.
- Click to collapse → shrinks the panel into an icon-only view, hiding labels and categories while keeping icons visible.
- Click to expand permanently → keep the panel fully open until you choose to collapse it again.
This interaction follows a pattern you’ve likely already used elsewhere, similar to how Gmail’s sidebar works.
